As I write my first post, I am reminded that continually striving for that next level is what life is all about. What I try to remember is this next level doesn't need to come quickly (hearing my Mom's voice always telling me "Patience little one." ) Small changes are okay and the same applies to health, fitness, and exploring a new level of self confidence. No matter what, you will never regret making a small change, there is nothing to lose when trying; and a small change can lead to a lifestyle change. We all have a new level, and Inspire Personal Training is mine.
