Amy is an amazing trainer, she makes my sessions actually
enjoyable by her sense of humor and positive attitude. She is encouraging, thoughtful, and tough, she makes me work hard! Amy knows exactly how far to push and what areas to work on and she mixes it up each time so there’s always an element of surprise. At the end of every session I am so thankful I did it and that it was with Amy! I have also taken Pilates and Abs group classes led by Amy and they have been great as well with same teaching style as her personal training sessions, she is funny, thoughtful, and tough. She also takes in consideration the attendees of the classes by adding modifications to exercises based on fitness levels and/or any injuries. I have become so much stronger since working with Amy and I really notice a difference not only in my body but my mindset, I am so much happier!
I really enjoy Amy’s Mat Pilates classes. I have greatly increased my core strength and mobility since I began taking her Pilates classes 6 months ago. Amy is a certified Pilates instructor. This knowledge really helps Amy ensure that students get the most benefit from her classes without injury. She has an approachable and friendly teaching style. I highly recommend Amy as a fitness/Pilates instructor.

Amy is a professional trainer who is highly educated in exercise
science and that education makes a difference in the level of training I
receive. To get the most impactful positive results, positioning during
training is critical and Amy is thorough in making sure my body is performing at its maximum level. Her methodology of training to get strong and tone using safe routines for MY body; not like other trainers who work you until you may injure yourself. Amy has varied programs for me to do every time so I don’t get bored with the “same old routines," she combines Pilates-oriented movements with traditional weights. But the best part about training with Amy is her positive spirited interactions with me. The days when I’m dragging and not motivated (most of the time), she encourages and motivates me to try my best!
